Looking to build up a solid arm care routine then you stopped by the right place. Too many players hit the field multiple times in a weekend or a week without getting the body properly loose. It is important to build a solid routine that you can take with you in your career whatever level you are at. Building arm strength comes from learning to throw properly and developing muscle awareness. Then you can develop a program to make sure you are prepared.
