The mission
The mission of me as a coach (san diego pitching coach) is to help develop as many players to help they grow and utilize their baseball skills at the highest level of competition. To make a player the best version of themselves on and off the field is the ultimate goal as a pitching coach and baseball coaching in general. Healthy , determined and high character atheltes.
Location
We have a Private 5,000 square foot facility located in El Cajon, California. We have a 70 ft batting cage with 8 mounds , 5 full plyo walls. We train with some of the best tools in the game fcused on giving our athletes the best Recovery , Strength and pitching tools to train for the future.
Arm Care
Arm care is a staple of where I have been as a pitching coach. I have used Jbands, Cross over symmetry, plyo balls as a staple of my program and value the fact that I help helped many players that come to with injuries and trying to get back on the field.. We also have cupping , saunas , red light therapy and cold plunge bath! We value recovery every single day! Baseball coaching in general should be a general consensus that every player should be doing arm care/body care before and after performance. However you do anything, is how you will do everything.
